Shipping policy

Please allow up to 4 weeks for printing production time. Expect an email from us with your tracking number to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping within Australia

All print orders within Australia include complimentary delivery via courier. Once shipped, please allow up to 10-12 days for delivery. 

International Shipping

We are currently only offering international shipping for unframed prints and artworks. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once shipped, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

If orders are damaged in transit, we will replace the item. Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.

• Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business days) of receiving the damaged item.

• Please forward all Returns Claims to: hello@mosessa.com.au with your order number and name.
