Refund policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

If orders are damaged in transit, we will replace the item. Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.

  • Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business days) of receiving the damaged item.

  • Please forward all Returns Claims to: hello@mosessa.com.au with your order number and name.
